    I am no longer part of the LOS.
    I am now in the LOD.
    If you're for funk and justice for all, check it out.
    If you are interested in joining, or just seeing what it's all about, visit the Declaration of Independance post in the Villian's Only forum.

    Here's a copy of the LOD Declaration of Independance:
    We the former peoples of the LoS stand here today to declare our independence from the once Elite Family.

    It is our Goal as a new Organization called The League of Darkness to bring the funk back to the evil side.

    If you agree to this you hereby renounce your membership to both the Family and LoS.

    Grievance:

    They have refused to keep it funk-ay.
    They have established rules in which they are not needed.
    They have flooded our forums with petty arguements about politics and nonsense.
    They have kept us as shadows, being hypocritical of their own by-laws. The shadows were a subsidiary organization. Meaning we were equal as you were.
    You have forced us to fight while you stand actionless.


    We stand here opposing the conflict you have let spread around the the villainous disposition. The League of Darkness is a new organization. Built from scratch by I, The_Outlaw, THT, Purple_Leopard783, iced, and true_nightmare.

    DA RULES!

    *Name of the Organization: League of Darkness.
    *The purpose of this organization: For villains of the cause to escape persecution, and flee to equality and distribution of righteous funk.
    *Goals and Ambitions: To be loyal to the villain cause and to change the picture of what others see as villainy.
    *To spread the vision of true villainy, equality and FUNK.
    *To Recruit newer members, show them the way of true villain and to establish knowledge of true villainy within them.
    *To provide a close knit group (but however, an elite organization)
    *To train everyday and become strong, willing and able.
    *Membership: Each member of the League of Darkness is expected to be loyal, honorable, and dedicated to the vile organization.
    *Every member is expected to be active, this can range from: Forums, art, battles, challenges, contests etc.
    *Future membership will be decided on activity, skills, and dedication.
    Each member of the regular sort is subject to run for office in position of a council member, and Funk Enforcer.
    Authoritative Actions and responsibilities: Management of the Organization shall reside within the controll of the Villainous Funk Leader.
    Additional Management will reside within the controll of the Council.

    RULES!!

    Common Sense Rules

    *Do not spam. The usesless waist of words is not wanted nor is it needed.
    *No dissing fellow members of the LoD. (Whether they be younger or older)
    *Do not verbally attack fellow members.
    *Do not challenge the authority of a higher ranking member.
    *Maintain LoD traditions, rules, and laws.
    Da Very Specific Rules

    Case 1: {Council}

    *Any member is able, and can run for office of the Council
    *A meeting cannot be held without the approval of the Representitive of the Council, and/or The VFL.
    *The representitive of the Council can Hold office for 6 months, and can be re-elected by a majority vote.
    *A chronicle article can not be submitted without the approval of the Speaker of the Council. (Provided that it is LoD Related)
    *The Speeker of the Council can hold office for 4 months, and can be re-elected by a majority vote.
    *A regular Council member can hold office for 6 months and can be re-elected by majority vote.

    Case 2: {Funk master}

    *The Funk Master is a true guru of Funk. And has mastered its ways and is truly dedicated to the villainous cause.
    *A lower ranking official can not challenge the authority of the Funk Master.
    *Any authority of this member that is challenged will be subject to internal investigations.
    *This member's job is to spread the true vision of evil funk throughout the community of urbaniacs.


    Case 3: {Funk Enforcer}

    *A Funk Enforcer's job is to instill and insure that peace is kept throughout all LoD members.
    *A Funk enforcer's position is permanent. Only open when a Funk Enforcer's own oppinion allows him to move on.
    *Similar to (but not equal in rank) the Funk Master's main occupation is to spread the vision of true evil funk throughout urbaniacs.


    Case 4: {Brotha/Sista}

    *A Brotha/sista is Regular member, this position can be required after the applicant has moved up the ranks from a pledge
    *Only after proving themselves shall they be questioned to move up through the ranks of the organization
    *This member's job is to insure that a Pledge should be taken care of.
    *In addition to occupations, this member's job(or rather, goal) is to move up through the ranks and provide a true vision of funk

    Case 5: {Villainous Funk Leader}

    *This leader and founding father of the LoD is in charge of management
    *There will be no election to become a VFL, The only sure way of becoming a VFL is the current leader Resigns.
    *The Authority of this member shall not be challenged in ANY way.
    *This members position is no laughing matter and should not be taken lightly.
    *Any current VFL or future leader is subject to be removed from office if he/she abuses their right to power

    In all that has been said These rules are subject to change at anytime (can be added on or removed)
    These rules and laws should be followed. Each member is expected to learn them and know them well. As i have said before this is the foundation and framework of our organization. So we must follow them in hopes that we will one day be Elite like the family was in the Past.
